Detroit Tigers ML (-112) vs. Los Angeles Angels  

This one has great value for the Tigers, and I would jump on this one. The Tigers have six more wins; in their last 10 games, they are 7-3, while the Angels have dropped eight of their last 10. 

The pitching matchup is the real key to the Detroit pick. Tigers’ starter Troy Melton (5-1, 1.82 ERA, 0.81 WHIP) has been lights out as of late. In his last two starts, he didn't give up a single earned run, and in the two before that, he only gave up one in each. 

Halos’ starter Reid Detmers (3-6, 4.39 ERA, 1.14 WHIP) has given up five runs in three of his last four starts, including the last two.  On top of the starting pitching matchup, Detroit ranks a respectable 11th in bullpen ERA while L.A. only ranks 24th.

Cincinnati Reds vs. Colorado Rockies: Under 12 runs (-111) 

It's no shock that the total (12 runs) is inflated for this game in Colorado at Caesars Sportsbook. However, the Under presents value when it comes to handicapping this matchup. 

The total has gone Under in five of Cincy’s last seven games, and in five of the Rockies' last six — including the last three. 

• Reds starting pitcher Brady Singer (3-9, 4.72 ERA, 1.47 WHIP) has given up two or fewer earned runs in six of his last seven starts.
• Rockies starter Gabriel Hughes (0-0, 3.00 ERA, 1.00) is making his third career start after allowing three runs over nine innings in his first two outings.

The Reds’ lineup ranks tied for 24th — near the bottom of the league — in runs scored.
