Growing up in the Bay Area meant having to make some important choices about which football team I was going to support. Thanks to some fatherly advice, I picked the right team which means that I didn’t have to suffer the shame of being a Raiders fan. So from here, I’ve been following the 49ers through the highs and lows, and naturally, this included betting on my beloved team.
OK, so I’ve already said that I like football, what else do you need to know? Well, I did the standard growing-up stuff, went to college, realized that I sucked at actually playing sports and ended up writing about football at the college newspaper.
This actually turned out to be a lot of fun and I created my own football blog so that I could be a little more ‘controversial’. One thing led to another and I ended up writing freelance for PlayersBest and have since become the guy you go to for sportsbook reviews.
This means praising an online sportsbook if it does what it should do, and then blasting a sportsbook into oblivion if it sucks. After all, there’s nothing more annoying than a betting platform with crappy odds, lame promos and non-existent customer support.
