How taxes on betting affects the bettors?

sports betting in Louisiana? Yes, currently, there is a flat tax rate fixed at 24%. However, this depends on the games you play and the amount you win.
For casinos, if you win $1200 or more for slot machines and $5000 or more for poker, you are liable to pay 24% tax.
