Top Events
Ice Hockey and figure skating have typically produced some of the most lasting memories from the Winter Olympics over the last 50 years. The USA upset of Russia in the Miracle on Ice storyline was turned into a Movie and the Tonya Harding vs Nancy Kerrigan saga in Ice Skating during the 1994 winter Olympics has also had its own set of documentaries produced about it in the last couple of decades.

Men’s Hockey
Russia is the favorite heading into the winter Olympics to take home the gold medal and is followed by Finland, Sweden, and Canada with the next best odds. Men’s Figure Skating
Nathan Chan finished fifth at the 2018 Winter Olympics and has become of the best men’s figure skaters in the US since Scott Hamilton in the 1980s. Bobsled
The Bobsled is one of the most entertaining Winter Olympic events
The men and women bobsled competitions are always some of the most entertaining winter Olympic competitions to watch and will take place from February 13th to February 20th. The USA has a great shot to bring home the gold in the womens competitions as they are led by four time olympian’s Elana Taylor and Kaillie Humphries.
Norway is the heavy favorite to win the overall gold medal count and improve their all-time medal lead over other countries since the Winter Olympics started. Norway has won 368 total medals since the first Olympic games in 1924. The United States is second historically with 305 medals with Germany and Russia closely behind.
