Beautiful, intuitive interface
MegaBonanza doesn’t just look good, it also works exactly as it should, bringing its interface a perfect ratings on most MegaBonanza reviews I’ve seen so far. Its black-red-gold color palette resonates well with me, and the arrangement of crucial UI elements just feels logical.
The sidebar hides all the controls I need, including filters to let me order the games in the lobby exactly how I want. That’s not something you find in every sweepstakes casino. Above the links on the sidebar sit your GC and SC balances with a “Get Coins” button that takes you to the coin shop and a “Redeem” button with an obvious function.

If you’re a regular user exclusively playing free games with a non-payment-related complaint or query, your only option is sending an email. I tried the email support channel, and it’s pretty decent. Thanks to MegaBonanza’s 24/7 customer support service uptime, replies consistently come in under an hour. However, the email response speed and continuity are incomparable to what the live chat and phone support channels offer. Regardless of what support channel you elect to use, I’m confident MegaBonanza won’t leave you helpless.
