SugarHouse Online Casino & Sportsbook Review & Rating 2023

After checking out the SugarHouse platform, I wasn’t necessarily blown away with the color scheme or the artist’s direction of the site. To be fair I conduct plenty of online gambling site reviews so have just about seen it all at this point. Look, I’m no artistic genius myself so if anything, I was pleased with the fact that they kept their homepage looking simple and clear cut. When I had a look around on the site, it was precisely because the design wasn’t trying to do too much that I found it easy to navigate and find the different sections of the site that I was after.

Apart from how easy the site was to use, I was actually more impressed with the actual diversity of the casino and sports on offer. I’m certainly more of a sports betting fan than I am a casino gaming lover but the fact that I could access a whole host of different casino games while still continuing with my beloved sports betting was a real plus in my book. The sportsbook bonus that I found has to be one of the best SugarHouse new customer offers there have ever been. Not so much for the total value of the offer but rather because the wagering requirements are so fair.

Where other sportsbook bonuses may require that you roll over the bonus amount 20x or even 30x, the Sugarhouse promo code offer for the sportsbook only had a 1x rollover requirements. This means you’ll only need to wager $250 to be able to withdraw your winnings. You genuinely won’t find many offers that give you this much in bonus funds with wagering requirements that are so low. On top of that, SugarHouse gives you 30-days to complete your wagering requirements and considering that they are so low, this is more than enough time. It was for me anyway.

SugarHouse new customer offers: a casino bonus to fuel your craft

From what I could gather after checking out the casino section in a little more detail, there is currently a casino bonus amongst the Sugar House new customer offers as well. The bonus is pretty similar to the sportsbook bonus at least in terms of its amount. That’s because it is the same bonus.

You can claim $250 with the bonus offer available at SugarHouse. From there, it’s completely up to you how you want to use your bonus. You can use it betting on sports or for playing your favorite casino games. The wagering requirements are 1x rollover and a 30-day time limit. There is literally no difference for whether you decide to use the bonus on sports or the casino section.

With that being said, there is an extra little deal sweetener if you decide to go for the casino bonus. I found that if you decide to use the bonus for the casino, you are given an additional no-deposit bonus. It’s actually pretty exciting as you have to spin the wheel which will then determine how much your no-deposit bonus is worth. It’s a nice addition to a welcome bonus that is already generous and more than fair.

SugarHouse loyalty program – traversing the stars with the same ship

If like me, you want to ultimately find a betting site that you can call home then it’s always nice to know that there are some extra promotions or even a loyalty program for you to keep cashing in on other rewards and bonuses. I found that SugarHouse currently offers its players an exciting loyalty program where you can earn more and more points that lead to bigger and better rewards.

All you really need to take into account is how often you use the site. From there, it’s easy to get an idea of how many points you can take in per month.

To be completely honest, I was a little confused by the way the rewards program is set out. Basically, you earn loyalty points based on the RTP (return to player) percentage of each game.  So, this means you won’t be able to earn loyalty points for sports betting but only casino gaming. It may not be ideal if you are a sports betting fan like myself but you can still pick up some nifty bonuses and promotions for just playing casually in the casino section.

All in all, after playing for a while on the site I found that I drifted in between the 3rd and 4th tiers where I still had great access to bonuses and traditional promotions. If you want the really crazy stuff then you’ll need to be more of a frequent casino gamer than I am.

States that accept SugarHouse: what parts of the galaxy you can travel to?

If there is one thing that I absolutely hate, it’s having to go through a bunch of pointless steps in account creation processes. This already leaves a bad taste in your mouth before you have even gotten started playing on the site. When conducting my SugarHouse review, I was happy to find the account sign up process was actually pretty easy.

Firstly, I entered in my screen name (basically your username), my email address, my state that I reside in and my password. Fomro there, you head to the next page. All you need to fill in from there is your name, surname, city, state, zip code, street address and your date of birth.

The last step of your sign up process is equally as easy as the previous 2. You’ll need to select 2 security questions and then choose your two respective answers for these questions. Finish off the process by entering in your mobile number and the last 4-digits of your social security number. Once you have done that, simply tick off the box to say that you agree to the terms and conditions of the site and you are all ready to go with your SugarHouse betting account.

SugarHouse review: making deposits and withdrawals

Something that you absolutely need to make sure of before you sign up to any online bookmaker’s site, is that they have enough reputable payment methods for you to choose from. As far as your processing times go, if speed is what you are after then I would suggest going with a debit or credit card for your deposit and withdrawals. From what I could gather with my SugarHouse review, there aren’t any notable transaction fees on the site. A SugarHouse rating of the customer service: air support for your voyage

As someone who has played on plenty of different online casinos and sports betting sites, I can tell you from experience that having good customer support to turn to can mean everything. I am by no means a sports betting guru which is why I can tell you that if you aren’t either, you need to make sure that a customer support team is available to you at all times.

Like every other average punter, you are bound to run into a period of time where you’ll need a question answered or a problem resolved. So, my SugarHouse review took me to the site’s customer service section next. I found that there were a couple of options to choose from if I wanted to contact the site’s support team. These options included a live chat feature and  an email address. I was surprised at the lack of telephone numbers but in all honesty I was never likely going to actually call them.

So, I tried out the live chat feature. My message was responded to really quickly, like, in seconds. From there, I spoke to a really friendly support staff member who answered all my questions with ease. I decided to compare the speed at which the live chat response matched up to the email support.

The email response time wasn’t nearly as quick as the live chat feature but I still got a response within the same day which is good enough for me. All in all, I found that this helped me answer the question “is Sugarhouse legit?” as they clearly care about their player base.

The SugarHouse mobile app: keeping your controller handy through the cosmos

If you are someone that holds down a 9-5 job and has an active social life over the weekends then chances are, you aren’t really able to get around to betting on your desktop or laptop as much as you would like to. My SugarHouse review found that there is currently a mobile app available for both IOS and Android. This is really cool because it was only very recently that Android allowed betting apps in the US. So, the fact that there is already a SugarHouse mobile app for Android is fantastic. I own an Apple device, so I checked out the IOS version of the mobile app.

Truthfully, I couldn’t be happier with what I found. The app is laid out in a clear and concise manner making the app a joy to use. Just as I answered the question “is Fanduel legit?” I decided it was absolutely worth answering the same question for SugarHouse.
