It soon became clear upon landing at Novibet that we had a lot to get through. The website sets up a real challenge offering sports, in-play events, virtuals, and every casino game we could think of. So, it was immediately reassuring to notice how easy we found it to get around. Getting lost or confused isn’t likely to happen in this gaming universe. Customer service at Novibet
Going into any of the menu links at the foot of the site takes us to a different menu. Selecting customer support from there reveals no fewer than seven contact methods. There are email addresses, Messenger and Skype options, and live chat too. We suggest live chat is usually the best way to contact someone. The header for this section also confirms the support is available around the clock and throughout the week. The only thing we believe is missing is a dedicated FAQ section. However, the other pages on the site are comprehensive enough to answer most queries. Consider the regulations and Ts and Cs, for example, along with the general promotion terms.

Sometimes, a website stands out for something that it does not include. In the case of Novibet, we couldn’t find a banking page. However, since the site is so easy to move around, we could guide ourselves to the terms and conditions without issue. There, in section three, we found the deposits and withdrawals information we wanted. We gleaned more clues to banking methods too though. At the bottom of the main site, we can see a series of logos relating to banking methods. The potential inside the Noviladies section of the site
This is an unusual portion of the site. Our Novibet test cannot miss it though – and there’s plenty to entertain the ladies. At least, we suspect that is the idea. A heavy pink bar a short way down the page gives us a different casino menu. Here, we find new games, slots, games that women prefer to play (apparently), and plenty of other categories too.
