Is TonyBet easy to explore?

We explored every inch of the homepage at TonyBet, finding plenty of links to important sections of the site at the bottom of that page. We found no evidence of any prizes that we could mention in our awards (lab), but there’s plenty else to share here. We spent time in each area of the site, rather than rocketing from one to another and missing the details. We’re going to include the most important features in this segment of our review first. However, it didn’t take us long to realise there were many things that TonyBet takes seriously and gets right as a result.
Is this site safe to use?
If there is one thing that we can say about the TonyBet brand, it’s that it has established itself as a reliable and trusted site since world-famous poker player Tony G took over in 2009. At the bottom of the site, we spotted an 18+ logo and a statement confirming that they forbid underage gambling. In 2020 brand was sold to current owner Dmitry Arabuli and became an independent mono-brand.
Curently TonyBet is registered in the Republic of Estonia (registration code 12103082) with its office at Harju maakond, Tallinn.
The company also has a licence issued by the United Kingdom Gambling Commission (holding account number 39126).
Another important area to note before signing up to use TonyBet involves the policies area. This is one of several menu areas at the bottom of the site. That’s where we found these topics:

It was reassuring to find all those topics handled separately. It makes sense that any player would want to get on and use the site as quickly as possible. However, our suggestion is to go through those policies and terms and conditions first. It’s always the best approach to take.
Responsible gambling
This turns out to be one of seven useful sections on their website. We’ll cover some more of those in the following portions of our review. We liked the fact they’d split this important section into 10 subsections too. It made it far easier for us to find the info we wanted. Among the sections were these topics:

- Playing (spend) limits
- Access to customer history
- Problem gambling questionnaire
Selecting any of these subtopics gave us a chance to read plenty about that subject. It’s clear that TonyBet takes its responsibilities seriously in this area. They also suggest two parental control services – Net Nanny and CYBERsitter – if any player wishes to make sure their children don’t get online and use the site.
Depositing and Redeeming funds
So, what of the TonyBet deposit methods? There are seven listed on the payment information page, although really there are eight, since they include Visa and MasterCard in the same tab. In accordance with current UK regulations for such sites, these are only – credit cards are not accepted. Here are the other available methods members can use:

The TonyBet PayPal option is nice to see, as we don’t always spot this online Account at all the sites we review. One of the most important things to remember when using the site is that they’ve got a ‘closed loop policy’ in force. It’s easier to understand than it sounds. If we use a method for depositing funds in our TonyBet account, we need to withdraw via that same method. Showcasing their customer service
Whenever we land at a site like TonyBet, we hope we’ll never need to contact customer service. However, we always make sure we know what’s on offer, how to find and use it, and how reliable it is. We wouldn’t want to know when it’s too late to realise you cannot rely on it. Fortunately, TonyBet gets this part right as well. The first place to go if a query arises is to the FAQ section. This is accessed from the help portion of the menu at the bottom of their website. They’ve given us 16 of the most asked questions to select, so we can read the answer for each.
Once inside the FAQ area, we found it easy to look at the side menu too. At the bottom of the menu (containing all kinds of helpful links), we spotted the contact page. We like to see lots of ways to contact a site like this, but the page itself only has an online form to fill in. However, a little more detective work in this corner of their galaxy revealed an email address at the bottom of the site. There is no live chat at present.
Lift-off: Get a headstart at... TonyBet test
A multi-layered site like TonyBet always makes us a little nervous. Exploring the TonyBet mobile site
We love seeing a responsive website and we can confirm the TonyBet site ticks that box. We experimented with some different screen sizes on a computer and the site adjusted to fit each one within seconds. Meanwhile, we had a choice of TonyBet app opportunities too. At the bottom of the site, we could opt for the iPhone download or an Android download depending on our device. This means we can take the site with us via their free app, rather than relying on typing in the URL each time.
Introductory Offers at TonyBet
There are introductory bonuses available for the casino and the sportsbook. We spotted each Offer in the relevant areas, positioned near the top of those pages. However, we also found information on those deals in the promotions part of the site. This is the last section on the main menu listed across the top of any page we were on. It’s the best way to check the full suite of Offers at TonyBet at present.
The TonyBet sports Playing bonus offers 100% on the first deposit. It uses the TonyBet bonus code TONY50 because the maximum amount of bonus Coins offered is £50 or the equivalent in euros if depositing via that currency. Depositing with that code triggers the bonus. The sportsbook bonus is valid for in-play and pre-match wagers. There is a 10x Playing requirement on the deposit. This must be completed within 10 days. Minimum qualifying odds to count towards that requirement are 1.65. Full terms are listed below the information on this Offer.
Meanwhile, the casino bonus is also worth 100% on top of the first amount a new account is funded for. It appears there is a Free Sweeps Coins bonus first though, as players receive 10 welcome spins when joining the site. Further to this, the first deposit does get 100%. This time though, the maximum is £300 in bonus funds. They also add another 50 spins to the deal. RESOLUTION300 is the Offer code needed to get the deposit offer, but no code is mentioned for the initial 10 spins. They list the Playing requirements as 35x for winnings on those welcome spins.
Should we expect other TonyBet casino and bookmaker Offers?
Yes, and these appear in the ongoing promotions section with the welcome offers. While those appear at the top, we also spotted three other offers to consider. A weekly cashback offer is first, with 5% cashback delivered to all players making real Plays in the sportsbook or at the casino. This works out at 5% of all losses in that week, applicable to settled bets (rather than those still on the Play slip, for example). Coinsback is calculated and credited to the player’s account every Tuesday.
They also displayed an offer for casino regulars. There are three parts to this:

Exploring the TonyBet horse racing arena
The site had labelled the horse racing area as new when we visited the TonyBet bookmaker for our guide (gym). But as with all areas of this site, we found it a breeze to work out what was happening and when. The default page of info takes us to the next races, listing them beneath the submenu in that section. We’ve then got countries to look at, so we can soar toward all the upcoming races if we have no preference or choose the country of interest. For example, it took just a second to select UK races for places like Newcastle and Wolverhampton.
Another great touch here, and something we loved to see, was the bold title for the horse’s name, with the jockey in regular type underneath. And better still was the inclusion of a logo for the colours of that rider. Simple, effective, and eye-catching within the overall design of the site. Our TonyBet sports Playing test certainly scores highly, especially as the horse racing segment is new. Finding the TonyBet odds for any race that catches our eye is straightforward.
The bet slip appears to the right of the race information. We need to log in to use it, of course, but we found we could add bets to the slip even before this. It’s fast to choose a Play and confirm it before completing the Play. We can also go through and view the information for a full race, with all runners, riders, and info relating to that event and location. Not only has TonyBet thought of everything, but they’ve also arranged it in a way that makes sense.
TonyBet Review: Conclusion
There’s plenty to love about the TonyBet website. While compiling my TonyBet experience report, I thought about how the homepage threw me straight into the action. I loved this, but also felt reassured at how fast it was to speed through to the area I most wanted to visit.
I’ve always felt that any site offering as many features as the TonyBet bookmaker site does run the risk of being confusing to navigate. Not so at TonyBet though. Packed with info and offering a superb all-round presentation, it’s a delight to visit and use any day of the week.
